At Black Boar, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our apparel and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Black Boar tags attached, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
